Licensed in March 1984, Don has undertaken valuations of a variety of properties throughout Western Australia and his experience covers all facets of residential, commercial, industrial and retail property including valuations for balance sheet purposes, capital gains tax purposes, valuations for rental determination and Strata Title assessment of Unit Entitlement.

Due to his real estate background he is able to offer sound consultancy advice in respect to land economics as applied to development and use of real estate.

The broad client base that Don has established over his years in the real estate business has resulted in valuing a broad cross section of real estate throughout Western Australia.

Licensed in 1999 and a member of the Australian Property Institute, Andrew has over 25 years of property valuation and consultancy experience across the private and public sectors. He has extensive valuation experience covering a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial property including urban development sites.
He has specialised in the assessment of environmentally constrained property, reservations under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and compensation claims associated with injurious affection and compulsory acquisition. He has provided consultancy and valuation advice on strategic State Government projects including infrastructure corridors and the conservation of significant environment sites across the Perth and Peel Regions.
His experience includes property negotiations (buying, selling and leasing), land use planning and management, strategic asset planning across Western Australia, consultancy regarding market led proposals in addition to project managing the remediation of contaminated sites.
