Jason has over 20 years of valuation experience in industrial, commercial, retail, and residential property. He provides valuation services and consultancy advice within all these areas of the property market within Western Australia.

With a background in real estate and business, Jason can provide practical, straight forward advice for property related matters.

He has specialised in the assessment of environmentally constrained property, reservations under the Metropolitan Region Scheme and compensation claims associated with injurious affection and compulsory acquisition. He has provided consultancy and valuation advice on strategic State Government projects including infrastructure corridors and the conservation of significant environment sites across the Perth and Peel Regions.
His experience includes property negotiations (buying, selling and leasing), land use planning and management, strategic asset planning across Western Australia, consultancy regarding market led proposals in addition to project managing the remediation of contaminated sites.
